1st Hornsea Scout Group is the ultimate place for adventure, excitement, and personal growth! If you're aged 4-14, there's no better way to explore the world around you, take on new challenges, and make lifelong friends. Whether you're starting your journey as a Squirrel Scout, embracing outdoor thrills as a Beaver or Cub, or taking on epic challenges as a Scout, 1st Hornsea is where the fun never stops and the adventure never ends!

What We Do

At 1st Hornsea, we’re all about making every moment count with a jam-packed calendar of exciting activities:

• Squirrel Scouts (Ages 4-6): Our youngest adventurers dive headfirst into Scouting with fun games, outdoor play, and imaginative activities that spark creativity, teamwork, and confidence. It’s an action-packed start to their Scouting journey!
• Outdoor Thrills: From camping under the stars to exhilarating hikes through the countryside, our Scouts get hands-on with nature! Whether they’re learning survival skills, navigating the wilderness, or climbing rocks, there’s always an adventure on the horizon.
• Skill Mastery: Scouts earn badges in everything from first aid to cooking to leadership, gaining skills that not only make them proud but also prepare them for whatever challenges life throws their way.
• Community Heroes: At 1st Hornsea, we love giving back! Our Scouts engage in fun community service projects that help make Hornsea a better place, while building empathy and a sense of responsibility.
• Leadership in Action: Older Scouts are given the opportunity to step up, take charge, and lead activities, guiding younger members and gaining essential leadership skills for their future.
