New Awards Launched to Celebrate Scouts Volunteers & Young People

Beverley and Hornsea Scouts is proud to introduce two brand-new informal awards to recognise the hard work and dedication of volunteers, young people and supporter organisations who make a difference in Scouting.

🏅 St George’s Day Special Recognition Award

This award honours individuals who have made an extraordinary impact, whether for a single event or long-term commitment. Recipients will receive a framed certificate and a special St George’s Day Badge, with the award presented at the St George’s Day event in partnership with Blacktoft Beacon Scouts.

🙏 Thank You Award

A simple yet meaningful way to express gratitude, this award recognises volunteers and young people for their outstanding support and contributions. Recipients will receive a framed certificate and a custom Thank You badge, presented at the District AGM.

How to Nominate

Nominations are open now! To put someone forward, complete the nomination form and submit it by the deadlines:
