Explorers YouShape Award: Lead
Complete at least one of the following requirements. You should make your own decisions about which requirement(s) you'd like to achieve.
You could choose from the following options:

Help a new adult volunteer complete their induction.

Lead a session for another Explorer Unit.

Lead a Unit Forum for your Unit.

Lead a two night camp with no adult volunteers. You’ll need a Nights Away Events Passport.
