Assets and Administration

The Beverley and Hornsea Scouts Assets and Administration Team is a dedicated team responsible for managing the resources and operational support of the Beverley and Hornsea Scout District. This team ensures that all equipment, facilities, and administrative tasks are well-organised and maintained to support Scouting activities. Their responsibilities include overseeing the storage and maintenance of camping gear, outdoor equipment, and other assets, as well as handling bookings, documentation, and record-keeping. By efficiently managing these resources, the team enables all areas of Scouting within our District to focus on delivering impactful and enjoyable programs that promote personal growth, adventure, and community engagement. Their commitment plays a vital role in upholding the values and success of the scouting movement in the Beverley and Hornsea District.

Some tasks may include:

  • Taking minutes at various meetings including trustee board meetings
  • Managing the District Assets list
  • Managing booking for District equipment
  • Supporting with bookings for events within the District
  • Supporting our Explorer Units banking and accounting
