Join us for our Awards and Celebration Evening

Beverley and Hornsea Scouts are proud to recognise the achievements of its volunteers with an Awards and Celebration Evening, every adult volunteer in the District is invited to join us for what is expected to be an amazing event! The event is also a fantastic opportunity to share the wonderful achievements of our young people and network with fellow volunteers. 

The event will also encompass the Districts Annual General Meeting (AGM). Which is a formal meeting to put together the District's Board of Trustees as well as hear from the current Board of Trustees about the year of Scouting.

The event will take place on Saturday 14th September 2024 at Leven Scout Hut, 5pm for a 5:30pm start.

Food and Drinks

We will be providing a Curry and some soft/ none-alcoholic drinks at the event, attendees are invited to bring their own drinks as well. On the sign up link you can let us know if you are coming along with any needs etc.
