Join us for our Awards and Celebration Evening

Beverley and Hornsea Scouts are proud to recognise the achievements of its volunteers with an Awards and Celebration Evening, every adult volunteer in the District is invited to join us for what is expected to be an amazing event! The event is also a fantastic opportunity to share the wonderful achievements of our young people and network with fellow volunteers. 

The event will also encompass the Districts Annual General Meeting (AGM). Which is a formal meeting to put together the District's Board of Trustees as well as hear from the current Board of Trustees about the year of Scouting. 

The final details are being confirmed but this is for you to SAVE THE DATE!

Food and Drinks

We will be providing hot food and drinks at the event, which will be confirmed in due course. Once we have a sign up link you can let us know if you are coming along with any needs etc.

Don't worry if you cannot make it, you can give your apologies using the sign up link which will be shared in due course.
