Richard appointed as Programme Team Leader

We are pleased to announce that Richard Whomsley has been appointed as Programme Team Leader (Deputy District Commissioner).

Richards new role will be to lead the Programme Team to help sections across the District to run safe, enjoyable and high-quality programmes.

Richard joined Scouts in 1991 and later joined the District Team in 2010. He has previously been the Assistant District Commissioner for Beavers in Beverley and Hornsea.
