We have an exciting opportunity to enhance our volunteer recruitment efforts and make a significant impact on our community.

Volunteer Recruitment Workshops:

We collaborated with The Scouts Growth and Recruitment Team to organize FREE volunteer recruitment workshops. These sessions are designed to showcase available resources, facilitate idea-sharing, and encourage discussions among volunteers about recruitment strategies. The workshops promise interactive activities and group work, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience. Each session will last for 4 hours with a 30-minute break and is open to all Beverley and Hornsea Scout volunteers. The workshops will be held in the Beverley area.

To determine the most suitable date for the majority of participants, we kindly request you to complete the attached form. Please select as many available dates and times as you can accommodate. Once we have the responses, we will confirm the final details with you promptly.

Your Involvement:

We aim to make these workshops valuable and fruitful for our Scouting Team. To ensure the success of these sessions, we ideally need at least 3 volunteers from each Scout Group. However, we welcome more participants with open arms! Together, we can exchange ideas, learn best practices, and strengthen our efforts in recruiting new volunteers for Scouts.

Through these workshops, the team believe we can equip volunteers with valuable insights and innovative approaches to attract new members to our Scouting family. Our united efforts will enable us to continue the incredible work we are already doing!
